Easter Eggs

This will be the shortest entry ever. We were away for Easter but of course when its Easter you have to think of eggs. So this morning, I used Jamie's hints to make boiled eggs (pg. 309). I dipped the egg in and out using a spoon just as he suggests (to help prevent cracking) before gently lowering into the bottom of the pot and I cooked mine for 7 1/2 minutes (Jamie's time for a "semi-firm" egg.) Yum! Why don't I do this simple breakfast more often?
