New Year, New Challenge

For Christmas, I got Jamie Oliver's newest book, Meals in Minutes. It was wrapped up under the tree with a gift tag that read,

"To: Amy, From: Jamie."

I'm feeling a new challenge coming on.

    I look forward to this...my times are coming down but I still usually take far more than 30 minutes on these. I did one yesterday that probably took me 90 minutes, but I tend to clean as I go. ;)
